“ Friendliest service!! This alone makes everything perfect. The flavor, quality, and portions are on point! We are from Louisiana and truly enjoy going back over and over to get their regular/mild boudin balls, and pork and chicken cracklins. They moved to a new location a while back which is located adjacent to a gas station but not part of the gas station. It’s independently owned and everyone working there is just awesome. Had a sample of the chicken and sausage gumbo today and it was out of this world! Popping with flavor in the best way. Give them a try. It’s worth the calories, the drive, and the money. ”

“ Walking into the establishment, you are greeted by friendly smiles and salutations. Given the quaint nature of the restaurant, you wouldn’t expect the food to taste as good as it does. Based on taste alone, the lines should be wrapped around the building waiting for each savory morsel. I haven’t had the privilege of trying the entire menu, but from the Gumbo to the Boudin Balls, neither disappoints. For a tropical treat, try the Mango Passionfruit Punch (add a shot of Rum for a special touch). Looking forward to our next visit! ”
“ Easily best boudin we have had in Houston and possibly ever. Excellent Smokey flavor in all the food. We had the stuffed boudin chicken wings, pork link, Pork sandwich, red beans and rice and a cup of gumbo. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Had the pleasure of speaking to the owner who you can tell obviously loves what they do. Will absolutely be back and telling our friends and family all about it. Looks like it’s part of a gas station as you drive by, but it’s NOT! Darn good food. Period. ”
